Head of Growth Investments

Faris Al Mazrui is Head of Growth Investments at Mubadala. In his current role, Faris oversees Mubadala's investments in growth companies globally, as well as early-stage opportunities in the MENA region. Before assuming his role as Head of Growth Investments at Mubadala, Faris was the Head of the CIS investment program from 2015 to 2023, where he oversaw Mubadala’s multi-billion-dollar capital deployment in several countries and managed the company’s relationship with various regional stakeholders. Faris started his career at CitiGroup and Goldman Sachs and holds a BA in Economics from Davidson College and an MSc in Economics from The London School of Economics.
